An airsoft team event is a versatile and effective way to develop teamwork, trust and communication skills among team members. An airsoft team event is more than just a fun day out. It is a structured experience that challenges team members in realistic situations. Players must share information clearly and quickly, make decisions under pressure, trust their teammates' decisions and skills, and adapt to changing situations.

Who is a team event suitable for?

An airsoft team event is suitable for all types of groups – a work team, a sports club, a group of friends or an association. The minimum and maximum number of participants is flexible. Participants can be complete beginners or experienced players – the programme is adapted to the group's level. The event is suitable from age 13.

What does a team event include?

A typical team event programme begins with an introduction: the game master explains the basic principles of airsoft, safety rules and the restrictions applying to the replicas in use. This is followed by a warm-up round where participants practise movement, communication and holding positions.

The main part consists of several battle scenarios carefully selected for developing teamwork. Each scenario is different – some require rapid attack, others patient defence, and others intellectual planning. Finally, a debriefing session takes place where the game master analyses the group's performance and provides constructive feedback.

Equipment and safety

All necessary equipment is available for rent on-site – airsoft replicas, safety goggles, masks and other protective gear. Safety is always the top priority. Our game masters ensure that all rules are followed and that the event runs safely. Airsoft is an honour-based sport – every player acknowledges their own hit, creating a culture of mutual respect and sportsmanship.

Locations

Team events are primarily held in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). These locations offer diverse terrain and sufficient space for various scenarios. Upon request, events can also be organised at other suitable venues, including a client's own chosen location.
